Adult Application Workflow with YPT

The workflow for adult applications needs to be fixed.

I’m a COR delegate. I received notification of an adult application that needed to be approved. I went to approve the application, but received the alert that this adult had not completed YPT.
I contacted the adult to remind him to complete YPT.
He completed YPT yesterday, but when I went into Application Manager to approve the application, it has timed out and is at “Pending Reassignment”.

The notification for COR shouldn’t happen in the workflow until the application is ready for approval (ie after YPT is complete).


You will need to contact your council and ask them to open a ticket with BSA Member Care. This is the only way to suggest changes to tools and the registration process.
