He uses his initials and last name to sign on to my.scouting.org so we should remove the apple login. Those integrated Apple and Google logins seem to cause a lot of trouble.
The usernames have been merged. I’m not certain if that will fix everything, and it may need overnight processing to run.
We are unfortunately still having this issue with the parent. Just shows undefined when I look at his profile.
At least he can login now. So that’s a bonus.
@Chris.Peterson After he logged in, are you still having problems accessing the parent’s profile in Scoutbook Plus?

@Chris.Peterson The developers have been able to reproduce your issue. I am not sure when there will be a fix.
