Duplicate Parent Accounts - Merge Request

Hello SUAC friends!

We’ve got a Scout (Member ID 140533605) whose father has two profiles. Can y’all help us merge the two? The father shows up in the two profiles as:
Matthew L., Member ID 140604272 (this is the one he sees when he logs in and I’m guessing should be the primary)
Matt L., Member ID unknown (when I try to click on this profile in Internet Advancement I get the following error: Person not found for given person GUID - personGuid: 26343BEB-395B-4C99-8714-3CFA534B871A

The Scout also has the following information showing up in OG Scoutbook:
SB User ID: 10380452
BSA Member ID: 140533605
Previous BSA Member ID: 137156653

@GregoryStevenson1 I have merged this user’s Scoutbook accounts.

Please contact the local council and ask them to look up his child (or children). In the “Relationships” tab / section, they should remove him as parent under any secondary BSA member ID numbers. He should only be listed as parent under his primary BSA member ID number: 140604272. This will help prevent future issues.
