I have a Scout that transferred into our Troop and has an old Adult Leader that is marked as a Parent. The Adult Leader is not active in Scoutbook she only connected once. How do i fix this?
go to Edit Profile of Scout and post the UserID here and we can take a look

OK that is cleaned up - remember it is a good idea for admin to go to Roster and bottom left side run Clean Old Connections - would not have solved this - but is still good
