Our unit advancement chair has had issues with his online access for a while. for the longest time it said he needed to register, but otherwise was still working to do his reports. Last fall he disappeared altogether from our roster although he could still log in to see his child, otherwise he couldn’t see or do anything. So he turned in a new application through that same sign-in and was approved by our COR, near instantly everything was back working. then about two weeks later it was back to needing to turn in an application and had no access. As CC i can see him on the roster while it shows “need to register”.
