My advancement chair is not showing in the roster in both my.scouting.org and Scoutbook. My assumption is he did not renew his membership. However he did provide a screen shot that showed he paid on 12/31/2025. His BSA ID is 12391718, the order number on payment was 2044150.

@StephenTipps if you are a Key 3 or Key Delegate; go to your My.Scouting roster and scroll down to the Membership Renewal Orders section and expand. Search for the person’s name, make sure the updated is for the current renewal cycle (not last years) check the status. It should be Complete. If it shows as Closed that means Renewal could not be completed either for payment issues or the member decided to withdraw their renewal.
