Member not showing up

Youth with member ID 140563831 paid for renewal however they are not showing up on our roster. The screenshot of the payment shows he should be good through 9/31/26 and it shows the correct troop but we can’t see it from our end. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Registration/renewal status is usually something your council registrar has to assist with. How long ago did they submit their renewal? I know it sometimes takes time to process.

September 30th is when she made payment.

I just emailed the registrar. Just found her info. Hopefully that will do it. Thanks.

@JerradEly- what roster are they not showing up in ? Scoutbook Plus or my.scouting.org ? A key 3 can check my.scouting for the renewal status here:

I ran the renewal report in my.scouting which was good because I caught three others that were about to expire!!

But the scout in question doesn’t show in my.scouting or scoutbook.

@JerradEly- if not in my.scouting.org roster then that is a talk to council. Nobody here can assist with that as we are all volunteers
