Hi,
We have a scout that had issues renewing the annual membership. It lapsed and the parent registered as a new application but using his BSA member id. The member id in the parent’s my scouting is correct and the same (a new memberID was not generated) but we cannot find the scout in scoutbook or the offical roster on my.scouting.org.
The scout’s id is 135072669 and initials are A.J.
The application id is 201791808 , applied on 5/22/25.
Any idea on what to do, we cannot see him in Scout Book and the official roster and need to add him to a philmont roster which is also failing.

@HiramSzeto Look in the Application Manager (at my.Scouting), change the filter to check the boxes next to “Closed” and “Completed”, then click on “Show Results”.

After toggling the completed switch under the pie chart and clicking more info, and then the upside down triangle filter icon, I see the scout’s application status as completed with the clock at 6 days ago. When I click into the Scouts name, his membership term is 5/1/25 to 4/30/26. I see step 1 and 2, youth information and guardian information are solid blue and completed is checked off. Step 3 payment/checkout is powder blue and completed are faded in color. His father shared a screenshot of his application on 5/22. Now I note, it shows "your payment is in process, please allow 3-5 days for payment to complete. Perhaps I am jumping the gun and today is just the fifth day and payment hasn’t completed processing yet…
Actually I checked 2 other scouts completed 30+ days ago and their step 3 are also powder blue. However, these 2 scouts appear in scout book. I’ve not paid close attention to the timing, should the name appearing in scout book take more than 5 days?

Hi Donovan, The scout finally showed up in Scoutbook today. It took 6 days from his application. I don’t if the systems delayed him because he missed his renewal and reapplied. Thank you for taking the time to check into this case.
