Attempting to provide appreciation to the volunteer adults for awards and recognition. Trying to validate adult members tenure however I can only view the person report of those members who are specifically in one of the troops where I am directly a Key 3. As a District Key 3, Assistant Council Commissioner, I used to be able to run the report under the unit, Roster, selecting the members name, selecting member’s detail report. I get that the default answer for now is to contact the registrar. He wasn’t happy that we the District Committee Chair, District Membership Chair, and District Advancement Chair don’t have that ability any more either. Is there something we need to do to fix the ability recognize the adults in this program?
@LarryPotter- nobody in the forums can solve this. Your council will have to submit a member care ticket.
@LarryPotter This might provide what you want -
On a computer because the screen is bigger = From the unit roster, select the member (one person at a time) > click Print in the black header bar > choose Unit Advancement Details Report > a new tab will open with that person’s Person Profile. Registration history is included. If your council enters awards into AKELA, they will show, too.
@DougWright Thank you however that is exactly the point. Screenshot attached. That option is no longer available unless you are directly a Key 3 or admin level leader of that unit. Thank you for the attempt.
That has always been the access, I thought. This would be a GREAT feature request. As a professional/council employee to enter a ticket. It would be awesome for district / council key 3 to have access along with district and council advancement chairs / maybe committee members.
