Adult Profile Merge Request

I have an adult with what appears to be 3 different profiles that I would like to ask to be merged into one.
NAME: (removed by Moderator)
Profile 1 (PARENT) : Member ID: 136410974
Profile 2 (PARENT): Member ID 13414389
Prolife 3 (ASM): Member ID 13414389 SB ID 10288629

He uses the email and log in associated with Profile currently.

Thanks, please let me know if you need any other info.

My account also has more than one account associated with it.

This has caused conflicts where I am not able to update information for the scouts in my troop (I am the scout master, and no longer have the all the functionality that was once there).

Can someone please assist me? I was unable to create a post due to this user account issue, and am only able to reply to other posts. Please assist!!! Thank you.

@JoshuaMann I have merged this user’s Scoutbook accounts.

I recommend that this user log in at my.Scouting and double-check his info there (e-mail address, date of birth, address, etc.). He should be able to update most of his info there in the “My Profile” section.

13414389 - primary
136410974

Please contact the local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up his child (or children). In the “Relationships” tab / section, they should remove him as parent under the secondary BSA member ID number 136410974. And add him as parent under his primary BSA number 13414389. This will help to prevent future issues.

@StevenSavage1 I am checking.

@StevenSavage1 I have merged your Scoutbook accounts. Please log all the way out, then log back in.

You have 2 BSA member ID numbers, and the wrong one was set as “primary” at my.Scouting. I have set the correct BSA number as primary and requested a position sync. Your Scoutmaster position in Scoutbook should be back within 24 hours.

Please contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up your child (or children). In the “Relationships” tab / section, they should remove you as parent under your secondary BSA member ID number (the one ending in -606). And add you as parent under your primary BSA number (the one ending in -698). This will help prevent future issues.

Also, please check your date of birth at my.Scouting. If it is incorrect, your local council can correct it.
