I have read similar topic posts and verified everything they said to try.
I still do not have full control.
Your last registration expired 1/31/21. You must be a registered leader to be able to connect to Scouts with full control and serve as Advancement Chair.
After you get registered as a committee member, have a Key 3 member (Scoutmaster, Cubmaster, Committee Chair or Charter Org Rep) add the Advancement Chair functional role in my.scouting.org on the roster page for you unit. 24 to 48 hours later you will have full control in Scoutbook.

I am the committee chair Kathy is registered with the troop-don’t understand why it is showing her not but she is still is in scoutbook. If she was not registered she would not be in Scoutbook. This is becoming very confusing that one minute she can work and the next she can’t.
No she is not, have emailed our DE and council to see why she was removed since we re-registred her at recharter -thanks
If she is not in my.scouting, she is not registered with your unit.
