I am trying to input a MB that our scouts have worked on. I click on “Start another Merit Badge” and it takes me back to my Dashboard. We have entered other MBs without a problem. Any idea why today I am having a problem?

Now I understand why the last Advancement Chair wouldn’t use Scoutbook.

@MelissaNicolaysen What it frequently means is that the Scout has a current membership as a Cub Scout.

Please post the Scout’s BSA member ID number, and we can take a look.

@MelissaNicolaysen first guess is the scout has an active Pack Membership - check that under the Scouts Membership

@MelissaNicolaysen I found a Scout with initials T.B. who had an active Bear membership. I have ended it.
