@shuiab the Data is there - it is just your unit used 2 versions of each First and Second Class for the scout - The Scout earned the Old version, but it has New Requirements (new are showing on that report) so it confused the report. It is being looked at to SEE if it can be made to work. It might take some time, IF it can be solved. Your option other than waiting would be to back ranks out for the scout until you got to Second Class, and get it all to one Version for Second Class and then First Class.
Sounds good - If you have the dates, can you send me the missing dates, so I can mark it in paper and then completely abandon this unreliable tool? Please private message the dates and we can close this out.

i enter cub scout advancement for the pack that i’m involved with and i have 2 scouts missing advancements and rank and i can’t seem to figure out how to fix the problem because they earned them in the pre 6/1/24 program and i can only see post 6/1/24 program
