What’s messed up? I’ve been using this program as advancement chair since it started. Issued po. advancement report never grnerated. Then the PO disappeared. Then nothing worked. All permission disappeared. Planned on getting awards today but wasted hours messing with.
@HerbertDulzo you are not Unit Advancement Chair - in fact You have never had that functional registered role. You might have had a fake role in Legacy SB. Your key 3 would need to go and give you the functional role of UAC if you are for T617

The reports page in Scoutbook+ is completely blank for me today. Is there a known outage that is being addressed? I am trying to check if we have registered adults that still need to complete SYT.

Thanks for asking. That is set to Committee Member (4 other positions). I am also the Troop Advancement Chair. There seem to be many questions today about report related things.
@MikeGandrud - and this had worked recently ? You could try a hard refresh or incognito session.
@MikeGandrud As stephen said I would try Incognito - you also need to talk to council - you are registered in T253 as Committee Member and New Member Coordinator - that should not be possible and is a mistake.
It does work if I go incognito. Thanks. In all troop reports I show up twice with the same account number. Both lines have the same training dates. I believe that I still have multiple accounts and possibly two accounts with the same number. The council will probably need to ask the National Council for help. What should my council ask for?
@MikeGandrud well you have 2 member #s - one in Northern Star Council one in Gamehaven
If Incognito worked - it is your cache - you might need to clear it

Interesting.so it does allow me to enter advancements, just can’t do reports. Is this recent? I ran a report in March, no problem.

Permissions fixed it. I was trying to convince the troop leaders I was fired. Lol
