Advancement report wrong den/needs approval report missing items

My BSA ID is 13235943. Having a few struggles with P241.

On the roster IA roster Lions and Tigers are showing the correct rank and correct den. In the advancement report we are seeing all Tigers listed under Lions.

Additionally, one of our den leaders (BSA ID 14014749) tries to use quick entry on IA for his den earned adventures are not making it to the ‘Needs Approval’ report for the advancement chair to sign-off. In the future, he plans to approve them and see if that fixes the issue.

Why isn’t the Den Leader approving advancement? It is the role of the youth facing leaders to approve advancement. The Advancement Chair should be generating the purchase order, shopping and distributing awards to the proper leaders for presentation to Scouts.

We will have to investigate the Tigers appearing as Lions on the advancement report.
