Do you have an old PDF that the Scout Shop accepted?
The only difference between the advancement report produced by Scoutbook Plus and Legacy Scoutbook is what happens if there are so many awards that they don’t all fit on one page. Legacy Scoutbook produced a page that just listed the additional awards while Scoutbook Plus produces a 2nd full form.
@RobertWillhelm- they can not require the PO.. only the advancement report as there are units that do not use scoutbook.
That is NOT an advancement report and not required by any Scout Shop. Scout Shops required the advancement report, the top of which is shown below and is generated by Scoutbook Plus.
okay that says that the report is not required to purchase, advancements. Does that mean nothing is required or is it stated some where else what is.
@RobertWillhelm - the advancement report was typically required for what are restricted items link ranks, merit badges and certain awards and used by council to validate entry in socutnet or for council to enter the items if the unit had not done so in scoutnet. Using scoutbook to enter advancement enters in in the Scouting America database so in reality that form is really a redundant measure. I would show the form and that was it. It was never handed over.
okay, well once my wife got there to pick up the items. she was told the one that is broken is great since it can breaks it down by den. We like to try to send them in ahead of time so that the worker can pull them and have them ready for pick up. its 45 miles one way for us to the scout shop.
