'advancementsReadyToBeAwarded' returns 'Internal Server Error'

My Scouting Tools Internet Advancement

After logging on, I see the app tries to call the ‘advancementsReadyToBeAwarded’ API. But the server returns:

“message”: “Internal Server Error”,
“errorDesc”: “An error occurred while processing the request”
}

As a result I’m not able to print reports to take to the scout store. Anyone else having this issue?

I am not seeing this - you might want to try a private/incognito window

Thank you for the response. Have tried several options. No luck.

The error ‘internal server error’ indicates it’s a real bug. But not clear how/where to report that.
