Adventures not syncing to Person record

I noticed that the Scoutbook Plus record has completed adventures for AOL, but those are not showing up in their person record.

Also in report builder, they got check marks for the elective adventures. In SB+, there are 3 started but not finished elective adventures. Unit wants to know why they are showing electives as done in report builder that aren’t done. I suggested looking at other reports.

Any ideas? I am willing to sync from SB to person record if that will solve the first issue.

If you are asking why they do not show in Registrar Tools - Scoutbook is the Advancement Database - if they show in RT that is a Membercare Question

@MarianMcQuaid on Report Builder - is it for the same Scout? All adventures that scout started are finished and approved for AOL

Yes, I see that. When I look in Akela, his AOL adventures aren’t there. I think I will try sync from SB to Akela.
And unit asked why in report builder he has blue checkmarks for the elective adventures that he hasn’t done.

We are trying to track down the source of your issue. When you say “I noticed that the Scoutbook Plus record has completed adventures for AOL, but those are not showing up in their person record.” what are you referring to? Is this in Registrar Tools or some other location?
