Age limit to access the private unit forums

I don’t see a topic for the the new discussions.scouting.org, so I’m assuming this is as good a place as any.

Is there an age limit to access the private unit forums? I’m testing the new forums to see how they work. Using my daughter’s scoutbook,com login, the unit forum is not showing. Is there something I need to activate somewhere for her account to see it?

Does she have a my.scouting.org ID? I believe that is required to use the forums.

I just logged in as my son, who does not have a my.scouting account and he can see all forums including the unit forum.

We have been advisied by BSA IT that currently only Scouts 11 years and older that have been invited to Scoutbook have access to the forums.
