Help! New Tiger Den leader here! I’m trying to access Scoutbook and it’s giving me a warning that “another user is using the same email address. If this is unexpected, contact your local council…”
It’s also saying, on tiger den page, that there is no adult leaders assigned to this den. I went ahead and did that myself, but it’s still not showing. However, my cub master showed me last night that I was indeed assigned to this den. I’m seeing that I am a Tiger Leader in my profile… So confusing!
I’m not sure what to do to fix- and my local council was unsure as well. I will need to be able to check-off completions for ranks and adventures for our upcoming pack meeting. I hate to see these hard-working scouts not be able to get their awards since I’m not able to access.
The email was on you scouts account - I cleared it.
On positions you do not have authority to assign a Den to yourself. A Unit Admin needs to go in and approve the positions - they will have 2 keys on the unit roster
As for the den leader this is odd. I’m attaching some screengrabs for you. It’s showing no leader in the Tiger Den, however on my profile, it’s showing me as a tiger leader…? Also- my cub master seems me as the leader assigned. not sure what to ask him to look for.
Got it- i’ll get with my Cub Master to see if he can “approve” the position. I’ll let you know if that fixes things. Thanks so much for clarification and the help!
