Another user using same email address error message

Hi - I have an error message saying another user is using the same email address and to post to this forum. Any assistance is welcome.

You have 4 Scoutbook accounts. I can merge them but it will take a little while to clean up.

This is fixed. Part of the problem is your primary BSA Member ID on your my.scouting.org was your youth ID in Greater Los Angeles Council. Since your registration is in National Capital Area Council, that MID needs to be primary.

I have merged your 4 Scoutbook accounts into one. I recommend contacting National Capital Area Council and asking them to connect you to your son via Registrar Tools.
