I get an error message that another user is using my email address

I just started getting this message. How do I fix this?

I have the same issue as the original post. Came about because I got my BSA accounts merged and it has generated additional problems. I’ve been told to keep the account with BSA ID 14620972 however I have no idea how to remove reference to the old ID (14623059) that has the same email address.

@TomasEsterrich_III I have merged your Scoutbook accounts.

Please contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up your child (or children). In the “Relationships” tab / section, you should be listed as parent only under your primary BSA member number, the one ending in -059. They should remove you if you are listed as parent under any other BSA member numbers.

It all works and I’m linked to both my kids correctly too. Thank you so very much!
