“Another user with same email” message

Hi,
I’m getting this message when I log in. I also don’t seem to be able to access any of my training records except YPT. Look like I may have 2 accounts. What should I do?

    Can you merge the above two and make the first account active and the second deleted? Also, is it possible to link me to my husband’s account? His account #14394490.

@MugdhaYeolekar I have merged your Scoutbook accounts. I think you might have a third Scoutbook account, although the last name is different.

Please contact your local council to get your relationships updated.

Thank you for emailing me. I need to add (removed by Moderator) as my son to this account. When I went to my husband’s account (), it shows me as a parent but where the member ID is located, it says “undefined undefined.” Is there any way I can get my son under my account as well?

I cannot access Dashboard either. I am not sure how to navigate. I am the Den leader but it is not visible anywhere. How do I fix this problem?

@MugdhaYeolekar Please contact your local council to add your parent / child relationship with your son and any other children, if applicable.

Based on what I can see, you are not currently registered as an adult leader. Your unit leaders should be able to guide you through the process of how to register as an adult leader.

You have 2 BSA member ID numbers. Please keep the one ending in -517 set as “primary”. You can drop the other one, if you want (the date of birth is blank).
