Can you help with this?
@DavidGray4 that is fixed
I have a Parent/Den Leader that has 2 accounts, the new account that appeared has an email address “changeyouremail@scoutbook.com. Do I need to provide his name and id# to you? Or can I fix this myself?
if you provide just the SB User IDs or BSA # it is easy to resolve
His BSA number is 13390803
@DavidGray4 that is fixed - you need to talk to council and have the parent Relationship for Scout moved off 136503051 and to 13390803 in AKELA
Thank You for the help!
I have the same issue - should I create my own topic?
That’s what I did.
Thanks,
Dave Gray
Your e-mail address is attached to your childrens’ accounts. We can remove it if you would like.
I also discovered you have 2 Scoutbook accounts. We can clean these up as well
@edavignon That would be awesome, thank you!
I’m stuck in an airport so I had time to work on this
Your e-mail address has been removed from your children’s Scoutbook accounts and I merged the two accounts I found for you.
Great, thank you very much! Hope your airport experience goes smoothly
I have the same message saying that another user has the same email as me.
@BenjaminStepp that is fixed
I have the same issue saying another user is using the same email as me. Can you help?
I am having this same issue, it was resolved once before a year ago but now it says another user is using the same email and my access into accounts has been altered. Thank you

@MollyMader I would recommend contacting your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up your children. It the “Relationships” section, they will want to make sure that you are listed there with your adult leader BSA member number. They should remove your other BSA member number, so that it is no longer listed as a parent.
