I have a Pack who’s AOL den’s records are completely defaulting to a weird scramble. Several of the Scouts are showing they are now only 67% done with Webelos even though they completed it and were awarded the rank. Additionally 1 scout is also showing as awarded AOL even though that is not the case…they are currently an AOL den. The Cubmaster tried to correct this but gets errors saying he can’t fix those as they are not in the right den. They are all currently registered in the AOL den. What is the best way to accurately update their records?
@MistiAllen first thing I would do is look at each Scout Profile and rank individually and not at Roster level - as Roster level is not always correct right now. Another option is use Scoutbook > Reports > Report Builder to make a report to see the accurate data. The Webelos rank might be confusing the system as they completed the old one but the scout might be placed on the new one
I am looking at their individual level…Some cannot update their Webelos rank as complete now that 1- the old version expired on 8/31/24 and 2- they are now in the AOL den. I thought about having the CM reassign them back to the Webelos den but didn’t want to lose all of their AOL progress or have to re-enter them.
Donovan, is there a way to have the old version not be disabled so that the record could be updated to reflect what they actually earned.
