I am the den leader for the AOL dens in a Pack. The new system is not letting me enter awards
Even when I am doing Quick Entry, none of the AOL scouts are even showing up as options, and I have full control as the Assistant Cubmaster
I have sent you a private message so we can get more information we need to investigate. Click on the brown circle with white T in the upper right of your forum window.
I recieve the following error when I try to post award for a single Cub. All other Den members didn’t have the problem. I was unable to do ‘Quick Entry’ accordingly.
@CharlesGresham make sure the Cub is on the Version of the Adventure you are trying to enter and in the correct den

He is in the correct Den, and the only version allowed for that award is 2024 that I can find (cycling)
Other thoughts?
Please do not post images with Names - at first glance that looks like the Den is Webelos not AOL - would have to do a screenshare to see
@CharlesGresham is it a Webelos Den of an AOL den? It looks like a Webelos Den to me
