I’ve reached out to my council for help, but I wanted to post here in case it’s an issue beyond my council since I got there through beascout and the online chat function sent me here for more help. My unit allows online applications. This morning a new parent told me they can’t checkout when registering a new scout. I tried on Chrome and Firefox and I’m stuck looking at 4 spinning dots on the Checkout screen (so is the parent) indicating checkout is loading (it’s been 30 minutes so far).
