Trouble with applications via BeAScout

At a community event yesterday we had two families tell us that they had tried to apply online but couldn’t complete it.
One was trying to do the application there on his phone and could type in all the fields, but anywhere that there was a checkbox or button that needed to be selected, nothing happened.
The other one was a cub parent with a Tiger, so requiring a Parent Partner, and it was giving him an error message because he already had a BSA ID somewhere.

Are these known issues? Is there a way around them other than a paper application?
