Approval/Award to Life not Working

System shows scout at 100% for Life Rank, but not awarded or approved. As scout has been wearing Life since BOR 2/27/25 I tried to enter the date… I receive “youth does not have necessary merit badges.” Scout in question has 30 merit badges.

I noticed Cit in Society is listed as “Counselor Approved” not “Awarded” like all the others. Wondering if this is the issue, I looked into it and this badge is listed as leader approved and awarded in Legacy, and on the detail page it shows as “Awarded” with everything signed off as of 6/2024, so the only screen where it’s showing anything different is on the Life Scout Rank page.

I’m thinking that’s the issue but I have reached the end of my humble detective skills and I am wondering if anyone is seeing anything different?

I don’t think the issue is Cit in Society. First I suggest trying an incognito window as there was a fix for Star and Life req 3 released tonight and you could still be using a cached version of the page.

If that doesn’t work, please post a screen shot of the Scout’s Life Req 3.

The developers have found another issue with Life.
