I am having trouble approving life rank for a scout who has completed 20 merit badges, including 8 required ones. I am getting the error saying merit badge requirements not met. Kindly assist.

Are all 11 MBs. Needed for Life leader approved? What is the status of Life R3? Is the Scout on Life 2016?
Yes she has 20 approved/awarded MBs including 8 eagle MBs (6awarded and 2 approved).
The status of Life R3 shows as completed.
Not sure what Life 2026 means?
Ed is referring to which revision of the rank the scout has “complete” that’s giving the issues. The 2016 revision of the Life rank is “current”.

@Sheeba_AreebFatima you could try unapproving the BOR and then approving the rank, but I do not think it will help.
