We have scouts that when they have completed all the requirements for rank advancement the option to mark it approved/recorded s greyed out.

You must approve Scout and Tenderfoot before you can approve Second Class.
they are both already approved. it also would give an error for that or a bad date. this has no errors. it will let me apply a date and award it just not approve it.
