This leader is in the Pack and the Troop. He received a notice he needs to renew as of 8/31/24. However all reports etc key 3 show him 12/31/24. What is he missing or needs to renew to reactivate his status.

Contact your Council and have them open a ticket with BSA Member Care as the leader should not have received this e-mail. It looks like it was sent due to his position changing from Tiger Den Leader to Den Leader. Make sure you include the attached screen shot from Volunteer Support Tools in your e-mail so they can include it in the ticket.
from Tiger Leader to Den Leader but ok.
Also have the same issue with 13889497 who went from Bear to Web DL.
