Our Troop has a new parent who is skilled at Internet Advancement (he coordinated it for the Cub Scout Pack). We would like to give him permissions to perform general IA coordination for the Troop. We are thinking specifically about coordinating attendance and records for events. As Committee Chair, is there a position I can assign him which will give him the right permissions?
