Sent this info to my CM and he used classic and didn’t reference the video. We will see if we can get it worked out. Thank you for your help!
@AustinRice Legacy is essentially a dead product for packs now - only Payment logs are there

We have another Assistant Den Leader in the Pack and it is the same for her. I can give her Pack advancement permissions, but not for just a Den. She is also assigned to a Den.
@RobertReeves2- what is listed when you scroll al the way down in permission manager when in the assignee tab. It should be functional roles.. what is listed there
The very last one is Advancement Editor.
@RobertReeves2- is there nothing for sub-unit or den support anywhere in the functional roles. I have sub-unit support listed on the troop side.
No. I do have that for my troop as well.
Den support should be two before that.
