Automatic Parent Connection - Scout connected as parent

I have a Lion Scout with another scout invited to connect as parent/guardian. The details:

Oct 10 -

  1. created new Scoutbook account for Lion Scout
  2. created new adult account for parent “George Jay Smith”; invited to connect to son.

Oct 29 - council processed paper application

Oct 30 -

  1. Lion Scout is visible on My.Scouting roster; BSA ID# populates to his Scoutbook account. Yea! This worked right!
  2. “George Jay Smith” is visible on My.Scouting roster; BSA ID# populates to his Scoutbook account. Yea! This worked right!
  3. about 2 am Central Time, Webelos Scout “George Jimmy Smith” is invited to connect to Lion Scout as parent/guardian.
