Links between Merit Badge/Rank completions are broken for awards that require Merit Badges or Ranks.
For example, Complete Angler award is not linking fishing merit badge completed by a scout. I go in as advancement coordinator and it is not allowing me to change it to completed as it is a linked process in scoutbook plus that should be done automatically.
Can anyone help with this issue?
Not all Items like that are hotlinked as they often cause trouble. A solution is being worked on. Now just look at the scout record.

NEver seen that error there - BUT the final complete date still works - I will get that reported.

They could use Comments - lol and a good example of hotlinks being troublesome
