Hi everyone! I’m the Scoutmaster for our troop & we recently held our Brownsea Island camp out for our newest Scouts. We included some of the “middle Scouts” that seem to be “stuck” at 2nd Class for good measure. Our senior Scout leadership really knocked it out of the park also by doing their part to teach our newest Scouts! It was a great weekend with unusually phenomenal weather! Our new Scouts hit the ground running & haven’t stopped since! 2 Scout ranks earned during the camp out!
However, I’m having an issue entering their Totin’ Chip & Fireman Chit they earned. It doesn’t matter if I enter each requirement individually, or do a “Quick Entry”, once I click save all information goes away & I have to start over. I’ve tried multiple Scouts, logging out/logging in, closing/restarting my browser, closing/restarting my computer &/or phone. Nothing seems to work. I initially thought the issue was that I was using my phone to enter everything at the camp out, but when I got home on Sunday & had the same issue on my computer I knew it was a larger issue.
I contacted my Council to see if it was just me & they suggested I come here. All Scouts have been “accepted” into our Troop from their respective Packs in Scoutbook so that shouldn’t be an issue. Is it me? Is it Scoubook? Am I just not holding my mouth right? Any suggestions/help anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated!
