A Scout needs to have the Webelos Level World Conservation Award added to her profile (not the belt loop, rather the round patch with the panda on it). ID # 14635391, and the award disappeared from all of Scoutbook. Can anyone assist?

Also, an additional question, is the 6/1 date going to be the Level-Up date for all Cub Scouts at all levels going forward? If it was this way in the past, I was unaware of it.
This is not a question the SUAC can answer. It needs to be answered by the national registrar.

@TierraJones It depends on what you mean by “Level-Up date”.
The Cub Scout program changes went into effect on June 1, 2024:

For this particular Scout, it looks like she is currently in an Arrow of Light den. The pack might be able to enter the award for her if they temporarily move her back to a Webelos den (assuming that the date completed is June 1 or earlier).
