There are a handful of boys’ merit badges appearing on the Troop Recognition Report as “unawarded”, which are actually awarded. These are marked as “awarded” on their merit badge list in their profiles, and these also do not appear on the “To Award” menu. One thing that all of these have in common is that they were all marked as awarded about a month ago, shortly after the “go live” of Scoutbook Plus for advancement, so I can only assume it’s related to that. I’ve tried marking these unawarded, and then re-awarded, but that hasn’t changed anything. How can I get these removed from the Troop Recognition Report?
One example of this is scout member ID 131345535. The only unawarded merit badge he should have is Em Prep, but the Troop Recognition Report shows five other merit badges as unawarded, such as Dentistry. 20 such instances are occurring on this report. The other 90+ merit badges on the report are as expected.
No I did not. And for testing purposes, my date range is the last 4 years, so it’s really easy to determine if I’ve mis-ran the report. In this case, the 20 merit badges which need to be removed from the report were all ones that were earned between February and July, which were only awarded about a month or so ago. All of the other merit badges earned during this time period were awarded in July, before the Scoutbook Plus “go live”, and are correctly NOT appearing as unawarded on the Troop Recognition list. But these handful weren’t able to be awarded until recently. That’s the only thing they all have in common.
