For our scouts, several merit badges on the Needs Awarding Report are missing from the Troop Recognition Report. Here’s the ref from the Recognition Report: ref: PD-20241219133942-909619-196779
For example, for one scout, the needs awarding report shows 4 badges (which we have purchased and are ready to award):

…but the Recognition Report only shows one badge to be awarded:

This makes it hard to prep for a Court of Honor since we need to cross-reference data on several reports, and the Needs Awarding report doesn’t print nicely (for bagging/sorting badges) or cut-and-paste into our COH script.

Update: it looks to me like this bug affects badges earned by scouts in our linked “G Troop” before we entered the combined-troop pilot. Badges earned by those scouts after the pilot began on 9/1/2024 are appearing correctly in the report, but badges earned before the pilot began are not.

Because you are in the combined troop pilot, all issues must be reported via your Council staff.
@MarcTanner What happens if you check the box: “Include Data for Current Members Only”?
@JenniferOlinger No change that I can see – the report seems to be the same, and is still missing the badges from our former G-troop scouts which they earned prior to 9/1. Here’s the new ref:

It doesn’t surprise me that there may be issues with reports and pilot troops. Unfortunately we have been instructed to direct all pilot troop issues to councils.
