Awards Marked Completed and Leader Approved When They Should Not Be

So for some reason the NOVA awards Designed to Crunch, Let It Grow!, and Shoot! are showing as marked completed by me on January 1, 2019 and Leader Approved on May 24, 2020. Additionally, the World Conservation Award is showing Leader Approved on July 4, 2020. I did not mark the NOVA awards as completed or Leader Approved, nor did I mark the World Conservation Award as Leader Approved. Attached is a screen shot.

Following are the steps that I have taken:

  • Tried unchecking the Awards as I have able to do in the past and that did not work.
  • Spoke with troop advancement chair, who has been doing this for years, and she was unable to unmark them.
  • Opened Scoutbook support ticket #SSD-104613 on June 22, 2020 with no available update yet.

Is their anyone who can help me resolve this issue?
