Baloo elective adventure not started when at 100 percent completed

After entering completion information on the Baloo adventure (2024 req.), it shows complete within the adventure. But not on the current adventure summary for each scout (shows not started). After approval by advancement chair, none of the scouts show up on the advancement report. Here is what I see on the two pages for a scout.

@PatriciaRobinson this is a known issue - sometimes a cache refresh deals with it - but it is in backlog for solution

Thanks for the response. I have tried clearing cache, etc. It hasn’t worked. Pat
