We just established a new troop for girls. The paperwork is done, the pin is active, but the link is just pointing to my.scouting.org, and not to an actual enrollment URL. For comparison, search for Scouts BSA in zip code 97530. Hover over the “Apply Now” link on troop 0017, and then 8017, and you’ll see the second link is not going anywhere.
We’ve asked our registrar, but she had to defer to National, and it’s been a couple days and we haven’t heard back. Really frustrating that volunteers can’t contact National support any more, and now more people’s time is being wasted because BSA’s systems are so archaic.
