I am the chairperson for a council event which uses Black Pug to handle registrations. Each registrant receives a QR code in their confirmation email. Does anyone know how to use that QR code to facilitate check-in on the day of the event? The code returns a strong such as SR-220935-4721235. I can’t see how that number helps us check people in using the Black Pug check-in screen.
That’s probably a question for the Blag Black Pug technical support folks.
