There is a scout in my pack who was inactive last year, so he was dropped from my.scouting. The parent has completed his renewal with the pack, but still needs to renew with BSA and pay a prorated fee. The parent is getting a message from my.scouting that the application status is completed and the child’s name is the parent’s name instead. The parent also can’t navigate past step 2 in the application.
I don’t know how to help him. Could you please tell me what information you need to help me get him past this problem? I have his application id if that helps.
