One of our Scouts, BSA Member ID 136494564, shows that they are not renewed yet and will expire on 12/31/2024…
However, they have a Membership Renewal Order and shows that a renewal was processed and is unpaid…
We’ve seen this issue with a few of our Scouts. We’ve even had a couple instances where they have multiple Scouts that they renewing and one of them ends up getting paid and the other one was not and they were processed within five minutes of each other.
Do you know how this is happening?
Could this renewal order be removed so that they can try processing the renewal again?
