BSA Recognition Report not working properly

The BSA Recognition Report is not including all items earned and marked approved within the date range selected. We have Scouts who have earned merit badges and ranks in this time period, but none show up. They are marked completed and leader approved. The merit badges are also marked counselor approved.

@JeffreyHoover Please provide some examples including the BSA member ID number of the Scout and the missing items.

It seems if I uncheck the box “Include Awarded Within Date Range”, they show up. None of the items are marked as awarded though. This makes it tough to show everything earned since the last Court of Honor. I may be able to run the report twice, once with that checked and once without and combine the two lists. That is certainly not ideal, but it might be a workaround.

@JeffreyHoover What is the REF number at the bottom of your report?

I ran a new one because I closed it. ref: PD-20241019145713-335810-622917

I think it might only be showing things that have been awarded if you check the box “Include Awarded Within Date Range”. I assumed checking that box meant it would show both, awarded and not awarded because of the word “Include”. If the intention is to show both, then that may be where the bug is.

I can confirm there are % signs (awarded) next to everything in the report if I check “Include Awarded Within Date Range” and run the report for April - October. Everything not awarded is missing.

@JeffreyHoover this is a known bug that is still being actively worked by the developers. What you describe is exactly what we have seen is the issue
