BSA Web Links - Training Validation tool not working

In the past, I thought the recommended alternative is “Quick Search” under menu>training manager>quick search. This only required first name, last name, and for the person to be in your council. That, and you needed access to training manager.

Today, before posting this, I went to check it out. I get teh following error:

I checked today. The error is gone, but the form returns no results. No results when searching by name or by BSA ID.

I’m sorry, where? On Training Validation? On ChatBot? On Quick Search in Training Manager?

Quick Search under training Manager. No error, but no results. Using Incognito in latest Chrome on Windows.

I have updated them on the application behavior. (I also did a test myself, with someone I knew was currently registered and a member of the Council Executive Board for good measure.)

What is the status for accessing the Training Validation? What is the ETA for issue resolution?
