Our Council had a large Spring Camporee this weekend with nearly 400 Scouts. My husband and I utilized the instruction guide for the new Scoutbook Plus Merit Badge Counselor to link to Scouts via Member ID which was very simple.
We both performed a Quick Entry to sign off on all completed requirements, however, they only come through as ‘completed’, then you get 99 tasks to ‘Approve’ them all. Not the worst thing, but still tedious when a simple button to mark all completed & approved is already in SB Plus on the individual requirements, but not a feature in the Quick Entry option.
Yes, this is the way the system is currently designed. There is an item in the backlog to allow items completed with Quick Entry to be approved at the same time. We do not know if or when this will be compelted.

Another issue discovered is that there’s no way to message the now connected Scouts via Scoutbook Plus. Your 4/20/26 post said this would still be available in Legacy Scoutbook, but when I go back and click on My Merit Badge Counseling and then Send Message for Counselor, the MB I want to send a message for shows no Scouts currently linked to me.
@ErinHeadley - I just tested the legacy mb message and it shows the scouts that I added via the scoutbook plus mb dashboard. Do you see those scouts on the mb dashboard for that merit badge
This did work, but it was delayed flowing back to SB Legacy. My husband had the same problem and for some reason on his, 2 scouts didn’t come through.
