I have reported different variations of this a couple of times starting in the fall, but it is now out of control. I just logged into the calendar and looked at my committee meetings and there were SEVEN people listed who are not with my unit. These are parents of formers Scouts. The Scouts have shown up randomly on our roster, but since they are not in Scoutbook, I can’t delete them from the meetings. One person, a former leader, has randomly been readded to Scoutbook, and so I was able to remove him before ending his Scoutbook membership. This is getting to be incredibly frustrating. I am tired of constantly having to police my pack activities and committee meetings, and these parents and former leaders are VERY tired of getting all of these emails.
